Leadership Camp 2026

Join JFAO for a weekend of fun-filled events at the 2026 Leadership Camp, held at Camp Quin-mo-lac near Tweed from Friday, June 12 to Sunday, June 14. (if you’re unable to arrive until later, please let Cecelia know at Cecelia@jfao.on.ca.)

This year’s theme, “Surviving the Wild,” is all about stepping outside your comfort zone and finding the courage to lead through any challenge. Whether in work, sports, or activities like Junior Farmers, resilience and confidence are key to navigating the unknown.

At Leadership Camp, you’ll take part in team-building challenges, outdoor activities, and inspiring sessions with guest speakers. All designed to help you build skills, confidence, and connections. This event is open to everyone, including current members, non-members, and 4-H members.

Itinerary:
Friday
7:00 pm arrival and registration
8:00 pm – Camp Orientation
9:00 pm – Campfire and social

Saturday
8:00 am – Breakfast
9:00 am – Morning Leadership session
12:00pm – Lunch
1:00 pm – Afternoon Session
6:00 pm – Dinner
7:00 pm – Evening Session
9:00 pm – Campfire

Sunday
8:00 am – Breakfast
9:00 am – Morning Session
12:00 pm – Lunch
1:00 pm – Cleanup
2:00 pm – Out of Camp
