Goats Corralled at Amazing Race

Delegates to this year’s leadership camp unanimously agreed - they enjoyed getting Rounds’ Ranch’s goats.

...Back in the pen that is as 36 international delegates, JF and 4-H members from across the province participated in this year’s' Leadership Camp, which culminated in our own unique version of the Amazing Race - weed identification, goat herding, and whole egg swallowing combined.

This year’'s camp focused on building better teams of leaders within JF, recognizing that everyone brings their own leadership style to events and activities, whether you’re an Expressive person, an Amiable, an Analytical, or a Driver – essentially, differing levels of task vs. peopleoriented traits combined with asking vs. telling types of assertiveness that govern our personalities and how we behave.
